ORDERS STILL SHIPPING DAILY 

We are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our corporate office and warehouse to help protect and support our production teams and you, we worked overtime to process the product as quickly as possible. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your orders within our timeframes, some experiences you may encounter are completely out of our control and are due to new policies being implemented within domestic couries.

Customer service is our number one priority here at TAKA Original and we understand the postal service delays have been somewhat disappointing for a lot of customers. To get your parcels delivered to you quicker, we have made some changes, for some countries that are currently expericing delays. We are shifting from postal services to DHL/FEDEX to ensure more visibility into your tracking, faster delivery and reliability.  Please see the shipping table below for your new shipping options. 

Please note: All deliveries to Russia/Kuwait have been temporarily suspended. Due to this, any customers attempting to checkout cannot do so until deliveries resume.

Prices displayed in non-USD currencies are approximate conversions only. These may fluctuate based on fees charged by your financial institution and conversion rates. The price of an item will change to USD at checkout from your cart and you will be charged in USD. This order total will be converted by your bank at the time of purchase using their exchange rate, and any processing fees you are subject to in regards to international transactions will be charged to you separately by your bank.CURRENCY

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

•We make every effort to ship all orders in 3-7 days. Although most the order ship in 3 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. You can also contact us to keep you up with any update on the order.

•Free shipping is applied when the total cost of all products purchased is equal to $50 USD, before any discounts have been applied.

•All orders ship from China. Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.

•Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Chinese public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed. SHIPPING OPTION

We offer standard and express shipping. Free shipping applied to standard services. For those country are experience huge delay we automatically shipping out with DHL/FEDEX Express. Contact hi@takaoriginal.com if you have any questions.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state. Most of the shipment arrive within 10-12 days.

 

FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PURCHASED PRIOR TO THE 10TH OF JUNE, PLEASE SEE THE BELOW INFORMATION FROM AUSTRALIA POST:

Australia Post is making every effort to meet delivery times, however, the changing nature of both airline haul capacity and delivery services in destination countries, regions and territories mean that these delivery estimates should be used as a guide only. Further delivery delays will occur with countries/cities in lockdown. Please leave a minimum of 10 business days after the estimated delivery date below to raise queries on items travelling via air and 30 business days after the estimated delivery date for items travelling via sea.

For items sent between 25th March and 30th May, additional delivery delays on top of the below have occurred. Australia Post is working hard to process all items on hand and deliver them as soon as possible.

DHL EXPRESS

All orders shipped via DHL Express require a signature on delivery, however you may receive an SMS from DHL asking you if you'd prefer your parcel to be left unattended (this is referred to as 'authority to leave'). If you do not respond to this SMS and delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or contact you via email/phone to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. Please note, if you elect for authority to leave on your parcel, we are not responsible for any theft, damage or non-delivery of your parcel, therefore we do not recommend changing your delivery method from our signature service when contacted by DHL unless you are happy to risk leaving your parcel unattended.

 

INTERNATIONAL MAIL

This standard service has less scan which means that in some instances, there may be a period of time between when a parcel leaves China to when it is processed in the destination country that the tracking number we provide may not show any tracking information. Please use your provided tracking number via your national mail carrier's website to see delivery updates once the package has landed in your country.

We have highlighted our main international carriers below for you. Please note, as this is a standard service, delivery times vary and delays may be experienced.

If your country is not listed above or you're having trouble tracking your parcel, please contact us at hi@takaoriginal.com with your order number. We'll be having staff to help out.

Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes. 

 

PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS

If you order a pre-order style, or items that will be restock within certain days. It will not be shipped immediately. All available non pre-order or in stock items purchased will be shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time is 3-7 days although most of the order are shipping 3 days. For pre-order or restock items we are unable to provide exact dates but will contact you if we become aware of any delay. Your pre-order or restock style will ship separately when it arrives. We are unable to cancel any pre-orders unless we have offered a cancellation to you.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES

The displayed product costs do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. The price buyer paid to us are the product price itself. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. If the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund the order.
